Intro (2A)
Ten weeks sounds like a long time until you're looking back at it. Then it goes fast. The difference between youth who leave this program with something real in their hands and youth who leave with a vague memory of a decent summer comes down almost entirely to one thing: intention. Did they decide what they were building before the clock started? This module is about that decision. Not inspiration. Not motivation. A concrete, written, measurable plan for what you're walking away with when August hits.
SMART goals aren't a classroom exercise. They're the same framework used by athletes, entrepreneurs, project managers, and anyone else who needs to turn a big idea into an actual outcome. You're going to write two of them today. One for what you want to create or learn in this program. One for who you want to become personally by the end of the summer. Both matter. Both are going on the wall. Both are coming back up at Week 10 so you can look yourself in the eye and tell yourself whether you did it.
